Sacred Valley Full Day Private: Your Pace, Your Guide, Your Story

Sacred Valley Full Day Private: Your Pace, Your Guide, Your Story

A group tour moves you according to twenty strangers' clock. This private tour moves according to your own interest: if you want to spend two hours photographing Moray's circular terraces, or just ten minutes, that's your call. We travel through the agricultural and ceremonial heart of the Inca empire — terraces still under cultivation, fortresses that withstood sieges, markets where bartering is still alive — without the pressure of someone else's itinerary.

Suggested itinerary (100% adaptable)

Departure from Cusco in a private vehicle with an exclusive guide. First stop at Pisac, where we explore both the traditional craft market and the archaeological complex up the mountain, with its amphitheater-shaped terraces and views over the Urubamba river valley. We continue to Ollantaytambo, the only Inca fortress known to have successfully repelled a documented Spanish attack — its cyclopean walls and the living town at its base (built on the original Inca street grid) are a must-see. Depending on the group's interest, we close the day in Chinchero, with its agricultural terraces, a colonial church built over Inca foundations, and weaving workshops where local women demonstrate natural dyeing techniques passed down through generations. Lunch at a selected countryside restaurant (or wherever the traveler prefers) with valley views.

Why Choose This Tour with AndeanDiscovery.pe?

Most "private" tours on the market are actually small groups running a fixed itinerary. Ours is genuinely flexible: before departure, we talk with you about what interests you most — archaeology, textiles, photography, gastronomy — and adjust stops and timing accordingly. Your guide isn't following a script; they respond to your specific questions.
